Kith & Kin Store Vendor Agreement

This Agreement is made between:
Kith and Kin Scottish Ancestry & Gift Store (Host)
and
XXXX (Vendor)

1. Purpose
This Agreement outlines the terms under which Vendor products will be featured and sold via the Kith and Kin online store as part of a seasonal or ongoing curated collection.

2. Product Listing
•     Vendor agrees to provide accurate descriptions, pricing, and high-quality images of each product.
•     Host reserves the right to edit descriptions for clarity, tone, or brand alignment, with Vendor’s approval.
•     Products must align with Kith and Kin’s values: heritage, craftsmanship, and seasonal storytelling.

3. Inventory & Fulfilment
• Vendor retains inventory and ships directly to customers within 2 business days of order.

4. Pricing & Commission
•     Vendor sets retail prices in GBP.
•     Host retains a 10% commission on each sale.
•     Payouts to vendors are issued as soon as possible after sale completion via Bank Transfer/PayPal, with a detailed sales report.

5. Returns & Customer Service
• Host handles customer communication.
• Vendor agrees to accept returns for damaged or misrepresented items within 14 days.

6. Intellectual Property
• Vendor retains ownership of product designs and images.
• Vendor grants Host a non-exclusive license to use images and descriptions for promotional purposes.

7. Term & Termination
• This Agreement is valid from the Effective Date until either party terminates the contract at any time.

8. Liability
• Vendor is responsible for product safety, legality, and fulfilment accuracy.
• Host is not liable for loss or damage beyond its control.

9. Packaging & Branding
• Vendor agrees that all shipments sent to customers under this agreement must reflect Kith and Kin’s brand experience.
• No promotional inserts, business cards, flyers, discount codes, or branded packaging from the Vendor may be included.
